I live in Chicago, folks, and it gets COLD here. Cold as a witch’s tit in a brass bra. (Hahaha, I just wanted to be able to use that phrase. Isn’t it weird and hilarious?!) Anyway, during three years of law school, I had to walk a little less than a mile from the train station to school every day, and it was windy and crazy and made me stabby.
But my warm boots were a godsend. I’d stash them in my locker and switch into some cute flats and then change on the way back. They kept my toes warm, and really, that’s all I could ask for.
Click on the picture of the snow to get over to my post for today!
