I found this email in my inbox this morning:

I know you hate [Megan Fox] but I saw this picture of her and was hoping you could do a BCS for it. This look is perfect for a very casual dinner my office is having to thank us summer associates for our work at the firm. We’re all going out for tapas at this really great restaurant and they have a verandah, so we’ll be sitting outside. I’d really appreciate it if you could help me put this look together! Thanks! Oh, come on, like you expected anything different! Don’t pretend. It insults us both.

Here’s my version of Megan Fox’s look. And honestly, she looks gorgeous here. But then again, the girl is traffic-stopping. She’s absolutely gorgeous so long as she keeps her legs together, her tongue in her mouth and her thumb out of it, and her mouth shut.

Okay. I’ll be honest. I’m not wild about the dress. It works for the look, though. It’s white and soft and it has little pockets and it’s cute. If that’s cool with you, great. If you wanted something that was a little more close-fitting and such, take a look at this one that I’ve just fallen in love with.

It’s from Victoria’s Secret, which should come as no surprise. I love that store. I don’t have a single sweaterdress that’s not from there, and I have a ton of cardigans and shirts from there, too.

This dress is amazing. I might have to give my brother my credit card so I don’t just buy it right now. Beautiful shape, silhouette-skimming, long sleeves, above the knee, cute little v-neck – it’s perfect. But it’ll set you back $75, which would have put me over the budget for this look.

The bag has appeared on this site before. It’s from Target and it’s got a little something extra than the bag Megan is carrying, which probably costs as much as two-months’ pay, back when I wasn’t a student full-time. Ugh. Fail. Want. Double fail.

The shoes are just your basic dark brown platform pumps. I couldn’t really tell if she was wearing black or brown, but the bag has dark brown accents/lining so I just went with it.

And there you have Megan Fox’s look! Thank goodness the ensemble is nowhere near as trashy, egotistical, cheap, ignorant, contradictory, confused, pseudo-intellectual, misogynistic, or pitifully uneducated as she is.
